Abstract

The International Research Colloquium "Management and Development of Organizations" began in 2017 (10 editions have been held up to this point, May 2022) and was created by the Regional Directorate of the Central South Zone belonging to the National Association of Schools and Faculties of Accounting and Administration (ANFECA). Through the Regional Coordination of Postgraduate Studies and the Regional Coordination of National and International Linkages, both based at the Faculty of Administration of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) in Mexico. Since its inception, the International Research Colloquium "Management and Development of Organizations" aims to disseminate and promote research among Latin American faculty researchers from public and private universities in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, and Panama. It also provides opportunities for young researchers and research groups accompanied by research mentors. The Interinstitutional Scientific Committee, composed of researchers from Latin American universities, evaluates the papers presented at the colloquium, which have a practical, theoretical, and empirical focus that provides solutions to local and regional problems from a scientific, academic, and business perspective.
