Learning Styles Identified in Industrial Design and Their Relationship with Autonomous Learning

This article highlights the relationship between learning styles, the autonomous learning approach, and the learning strategies implemented within the Industrial Design Program at the University of Pamplona. It is based on a cross-sectional study using data collected through a survey-type instrument, with qualitative variables analyzed statistically.
Among the most representative results is the tendency of students toward the Reflective and Theoretical learning styles, which, when compared with the reviewed literature, are directly related to the teaching methods used within the program. These findings reveal the need to strengthen the development of complementary learning styles.
