Tendencias en investigación sobre la influencia de la nutrición en el clima organizacional desde una revisión literaria

La revisión de literatura permitió identificar la evolución y las tendencias de investigación en el área de clima organizacional y cómo influye la alimentación de los colaboradores. Se empleó un enfoque de mapeo científico, desarrollando una revisión de literatura, que integra la bibliometría y el análisis de redes. Se realizó una exploración de las bases de datos Scopus y WoS. Los registros obtenidos permitieron la construcción de la red bibliométrica de los documentos más relevantes, los cuales fueron categorizados en clásicos, estructurales y perspectivos. Este proceso permitió identificar las corrientes de investigación. Además, se evidenció que el clima organizacional abarca un área emotiva y conductual, donde el contexto nutricional cobra gran interés, permitiendo a los trabajadores tener un óptimo desempeño en sus labores, brindándoles equilibrio y estabilidad al momento de efectuar actividades con cierto nivel de responsabilidad determinante, se concluye que estos constructos deberían ser considerados más a fondo en el futuro y en diferentes ámbitos institucionales, como son los educativos, servicios de salud y gobierno, para delinear apropiadamente los límites de la evaluación sobre las corrientes gerenciales.
