EFECTOS A CORTO PLAZO DE UN PROGRAMA DE ENTRENAMIENTO CON PLATAFORMA DE VIBRACIONES SOBRE DIFERENTES MANIFESTACIONES DE LA FUERZA EN HOMBRES Y MUJERES NO ENTRENADOS

Resumen

Después de la rigurosa búsqueda bibliográfica, controles médicos y asignación aleatoria de grupos, se ha realizado un programa para identificar las posibles mejoras en la fuerza del miembro inferior producidas por el novedoso método de La Estimulación Mecánica Muscular – Vibraciones de Cuerpo Completo (EMM- WHOLE BODY VIBRATION) a corto plazo, con plataforma de vibración (8 semanas, 3 veces por semana); frente al entrenamiento Convencional (CONV) con sobrecarga (sentadilla-squat), y la utilización de un grupo control con estudiantes del INEF (n=62) de La Universidad de León, contando con 29 hombres de (21,1 ± 2,2años) y 33 mujeres de (21,1 ± 2,7 años). Mediante el control del entrenamiento en tres momentos de medición se analizó la evolución y ganancia de: Fuerza Explosiva (SJ-CMJ), Flexibilidad (Sit and Reach), Fuerza Isométrica, Fuerza Dinámica Máxima (1 RM), Resistencia a la fuerza (Número de Repeticiones).

Los resultados obtenidos en nuestro estudio arrojan mejoras de orden significativo en la mayoría de los casos entre género, que realizaron el mismo tipo de entrenamiento. Sin embargo no se observó ninguna diferencia de orden significativo entre el entrenamiento con EMM y el Convencional después de la aplicación de los respectivos programas, entre los momentos de evaluación. No obstante, sí se observan diferencias significativas entre grupos de entrenamiento tanto de EMM como de CONV respecto de la primera evaluación tanto de hombres como de mujeres.
