The @Limentech Food Science and Technology Journal is committed to ensuring the digital preservation of its content and promoting its dissemination through various platforms. The following measures have been adopted to ensure the preservation and accessibility of the published works:
Use of Open Journal System (OJS): @Limentech uses OJS to efficiently manage its publications and ensure the digital preservation of its content.
