COMPOSICIÓN DEL STOCK DE BUSCADORES DE EMPLEO EN EL MARKETING LABORAL: UN ENFOQUE DE FRONTERA ESTOCÁSTICA

Este artículo investiga la eficiencia técnica del emparejamiento del mercado laboral tomando una frontera estocástica Acercarse. El conjunto de datos consta de datos mensuales de 145 Oficinas Laborales Locales (LLO) en Finlandia durante el período 1995/01-2004/09. Se utiliza el verdadero modelo de efectos fijos para separar heterogeneidad de la ineficiencia. Según los resultados, existen diferencias notables en la eficiencia del emparejamiento entre regiones, y estas diferencias contribuyen significativamente al número de vacantes cubiertas. Si todas las regiones fueran tan eficientes como el más eficiente, el número total de partidos por mes aumentaría en más de 10% Si la ineficiencia no tuviera ningún papel en la función de coincidencia, el número de coincidencias aumentaría en casi un 24 %. El peso de la composición del stock de demandantes de empleo y otras variables ambientales en la determinación de la ineficiencia de correspondencia es en promedio del 61 %. En particular, los buscadores de empleo fuera de la fuerza laboral y altamente buscadores de empleo educados mejoran la eficiencia técnica en la función de emparejamiento.
