Análisis de políticas públicas medio ambientales en el Perú

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze public environmental policies in Peru, for which the current regulations have been exposed where its evolution is detailed chronologically, as well as the fundamental role of the Ministry of the Environment for sustainable development and a healthy life. It also points out the different weaknesses and threats resulting from its application in different sectors, as well as suggestions to make them more effective. It is concluded that it is necessary and urgent to evaluate the public policies applied with the participation of representative institutions and make corrections to protect our ecosystem and the public interest in general.
