Inercia cognitiva y desempeño laboral en el sector turístico: Un análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

El presente estudio bibliométrico, se centra en analizar la frecuencia y la relevancia de las publicaciones que abordan la inercia cognitiva y el desempeño laboral en el sector turístico. Para ello, se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura empleando la base de datos Scopus, obteniendo un total de 692 artículos. La tasa de crecimiento anual es de 9.4%, y todos los documentos son artículos científicos. Asimismo, se contabilizan 3355 autores que han contribuido en estas publicaciones. En 2021 y 2024 se registró el mayor volumen de publicaciones, con 159 documentos en ambos años, mientras que en el 2020 se presentó la cifra más baja, con únicamente 111 documentos publicados. Según la Ley de Lotka, el 94,2% de los autores registrados presenta una única contribución, mientras que según la Ley de Bradford, tan solo 43 revistas (9.5% del total) concentran el 33.24% del total de publicaciones. Acerca de las fuentes más relevantes, INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH AND PUBLIC HEALTH encabeza la lista con 26 publicaciones, seguido de PLOS ONE con 20. En cuanto a la producción por país, Estados Unidos encabeza ampliamente la lista con 872 documentos, seguida por China con 342 publicaciones. Entre las instituciones más relevantes, se ubica NORWEGIAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY con 27 aportes, seguida de UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA con 26. WANG Y encabeza la lista como el autor más productivo con ocho (8) aportes y el artículo más citado fue el trabajo de NA, 2023, ALZHEIMER'S DEMENTIA, con 1640 citas.
