El impacto del liderazgo transformacional en la gestión de la crisis

Las crisis en el mundo empresarial no son un fenómeno nuevo; sin embargo, en las últimas décadas cada vez son más frecuentes y en periodos de tiempo cada vez más cortos. El presente estudio tiene el objetivo de establecer la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y la gestión de la crisis en organizaciones de servicios en la región Surcolombiana. Para lo anterior se realizó una investigación de carácter cuantitativa desde el método deductivo y de tipo correlacional. Se utilizó un tipo de muestro no probabilístico por conveniencia en el que se aplicaron 308 cuestionario con escala tipo Likert en colaboradores de los niveles operativo y gerencial de organizaciones de servicios. Los constructos de liderazgo transformacional y gestión de la crisis obtuvieron niveles aceptables de confianza (Alfa de Cronbach y confiabilidad compuesta) y validez discriminante y convergente (Varianza Media Extraída y cargas factoriales). El modelo hipotetizado fue evaluado a través de ecuaciones estructurales obteniendo como resultado una relación positiva y significativa entre las dos variables (0,587; p < 0,00). En conclusión, los resultados obtenidos contribuyen a comprender el alcance e importancia del liderazgo transformacional en la gestión de la crisis ocasionada por el Covid- 19 en las organizaciones de servicios de la región Surcolombiana.
