Support for adolescents with difficulties of aggression and depression through a web application

The purpose of this study is to support students with difficulties associated with aggressiveness and depressive behaviors, through the implementation of a web application, which allows to establish activities related to behaviors, to which later, the follow-up management will be done, in this way, global statistical results are obtained. The registered behaviors are notified to the psycho-counselor, who is the user in charge of assigning the type of behavior and the activity to the students. It is important to highlight that the validation of the information to be shown is of utmost importance to avoid legal inconveniences. The guardians, teachers and students register the respective follow-ups to the activities, and also register the activities that correspond to a behavior registered by the same user. The first thing that was done was to study and identify those students with behavioral problems, with the help of teachers, psycho-counselors and directors of the institution, then all the variables and solutions were analyzed to design the strategy used in this research, in order to develop and implement the web application. Finally, the results obtained by implementing this web application were reflected in the improvement of the student's school performance, as well as in the satisfaction of the guardians for the improvement of their behavior in different areas. On the other hand, in the case of the psycho-counselor, the process of submitting reports to the municipal control entities was optimized, creating many expectations in the educational community.
