Intellectual Property and Creative Commons License

In the Revista Humanidades, Tecnología y Educación (HUTECEDU), authors retain their full copyright and at the same time grant the journal the right of first publication. They also authorize the distribution of their articles under a non-exclusive license under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NoComercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

This license allows readers the following freedoms:

-share: copy and redistribute content in any medium or format, provided that the integrity of the work is maintained and due credit is given to the author.

-adapt: implies the possibility of remixing, transforming or generating derivative works for non-commercial purposes, such as abstracts, analyses or presentations, always respecting the proper attribution and non-profit use of the content.

In the following terms:

	It is essential to give credit corresponding to the original author of the work, properly citing the source, including the full reference of the article and the license under which it is published. This practice ensures that authors receive due recognition for their intellectual contribution.
	The license expressly prohibits any commercial use of the original material or derivative works. Accordingly, the published articles may not be sold or used for profit without prior permission of the copyright holder. For any commercial use, express written permission must be requested and obtained.
