The journal Ciencia y Tecnología Agropecuaria offers free and immediate access to all its content, supporting the principle of sharing knowledge without restrictions. Therefore, it does not charge fees for submission, processing of manuscripts, or article processing charges (APC).

As an open-access scientific publication, Ciencia y Tecnología Agropecuaria is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

This license allows non-commercial use, adaptation, and redistribution of the content, provided that proper credit is given to the original author and derivative works are shared under the same license. In other words, the journal's content can be used, distributed, and reproduced in any medium, on the condition that the author is properly cited and the same license is maintained for any derivative works.
