APLICATIVO INFORMÁTICO PARA LA OPTIMIZACIÓN DEL PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO Y DE CONTROL DE GRANDES CANTIDADES DE TERRENO

En la compra de grandes hectáreas de terreno es difícil conocer y llevar un control intensivo de cada área que lo compone, conociendo que es de vital importancia poseer un aplicativo informático eficaz de administración. El aplicativo automatiza, informa y evalúa el estado y las condiciones del terreno por metro cuadrado, ya sea libre, disponible, o conjuntamente datos claves que indiquen información de la zona buscada; de esta manera almacenar la información de todas y cada una de las parcelas en una raíz y así, mediante un mapa de base sometido a modificaciones y representado por una matriz principal, almacenar la ubicación exacta del terreno y la información que lo caracteriza.
