El artículo presenta un modelo de negocios para los centros comerciales. Este modelo utiliza las tecnologías de comunicación integradas en los dispositivos móviles como, Wi-Fi y Bluetooth, para implementar un medio de comunicación que mejore y
aumente las relaciones comerciales entre los almacenes de un centro comercial y sus visitantes. El sistema implementado permite el intercambio de información de manera automática, instantánea, emergente y acorde con la ubicación del usuario mientras éste se desplaza dentro del centro comercial
