Motivation to achieve in learning processes

The objective of this article is to analyze the effects of achievement motivation on learning processes in education. To this end, an exhaustive literature review was conducted to identify the various contributions of authors on the subject of motivation and its impact on student academic performance. This topic is relevant in understanding the challenges posed by current education in the context of factors that distract people's attention, especially adolescents. In this regard, we present some considerations on motivation and its emotional implications for people. This motivation should not only be promoted in students, but should also stem from the emotional behavior and personal motivation of the teacher, who, through their pedagogical actions, should radiate a behavior that demonstrates, through the development of their classroom work, their interest in the achievement of the students' goals and objectives.
