The manuscript must include all necessary elements, such as citations, footnotes, tables, images, and bibliographic references, and it must be presented clearly and orderly. The text should be typed in:
- Written in Word.
- White paper, size A4.
- No letterhead.
- Margins of 2.54 cm on each side.
- Font Times New Roman, size 11.
- Line spacing 1.15.
- Justified.
- Maximum length: 15 pages (without bibliography).
- Figures and tables should be numbered and marked with author and year.

Author Information
On the last page, include:
- Full name of each author.
- Professional title.
- Academic degrees and the university that granted them.
- Main institutional affiliation.
- Academic profiles (Google Scholar, CVLAC, SCIELO, ORCID, ResearcherID) if available.
- Postal addresses, email, and contact number.
- Funding or sponsorship information (if applicable).
- Role of each author in the research.
Note: If the research had ethical approval, please attach the document or indicate the resolution from the corresponding Ethics Committee.
Initial Information and Abstracts
- Authors and data: Include full name, education, institutional affiliation (first institution in bold), contact email, and ORCID code.
- Abstract and keywords
- Abstract (Spanish): Descriptive text of no more than 250 words (max. 20 lines). It should explain the objectives, methodology, main results, and conclusions. Do not use non-standard abbreviations.
- Keywords: Minimum 4 and maximum 6. Select from the DeCS index (Descriptors in Health Sciences).
- Abstract and Key Words
- Abstract (English): Translation of the abstract into English, up to 250 words (max. 20 lines), in a single paragraph.
- Key Words: Translation of the keywords into English. Select from MeSH or Thesaurus. Minimum 4 and maximum 6.
Guidelines for Article Submission
- Introduction:
Include the research objectives, nature of the problem, need for the study, brief theoretical referencing, methodology, logical argumentation, and scope.
- Methodology:
Describe how the problem was investigated, procedures, methods of analysis, study period, and location. Must include:
- Type and design of the research.
- Population-sample relationship, selection criteria, inclusion and exclusion.
- Techniques and instruments used.
- Ethical considerations and Ethics Committee approval (if applicable).
- Results:
Present the analysis of results logically; include graphs, tables, and images numbered according to their citation in the text. Each figure/table should have a title and source; graphs should include a brief interpretation by the author.
- Discussion:
Highlight the most relevant findings, interpret the results in relation to background and theoretical framework, clarify if the hypotheses are refuted or confirmed, and discuss theoretical and practical implications.
- Conclusions:
Should respond to each of the research objectives. Be concise, based on the results presented.
- Images:
All graphic material should be mentioned in the text as "(see Fig. 1)". Font Calibri (Body) size 9, italics for internal figure references. Independent material numbered (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, etc.) with a descriptive title and source. Allowed formats: PDF, JPG, PNG.

- Tables:
Tables should be numbered; do not abbreviate "Table 1." Title above, font Calibri (Body) size 9, centered, and italicized.

- Footnotes and Citations:
Footnotes should always appear at the bottom of the page and are for complementary comments. Do not use bibliographic notes except for direct quotations. Direct quotations >3 lines in a separate paragraph with a left indent. Font Calibri (Body) 10 pts, justified.
- References:

The document must contain a minimum of 20 references (for a standard article) and a minimum of 50 references for a literature review, in APA or Vancouver format as specified by the journal.

Indexed Journals: Preferably publications no older than five years.
- Maximum 30% of references from Latin America.
- Minimum 70% of references from international sources (outside Latin America).
- Minimum 70% of references from the last five years.
- Maximum 15% of references from monographs.
- Pages 3 – 15 (max. 15 content pages).

Bibliographic References
The list of references should follow the APA standard (or Vancouver option if requested by the journal). Examples:
