Digitization of assessment protocols in the speech area, using web development technologies and Windows applications that contribute to improving the practicality of the application.

INTRODUCTION: To provide alternatives for digitizing assessment protocols that support the approach process, generate valid summaries for the study of medical records, and strengthen projections based on systematized and automated data that provide reliable data for epidemiological and clinical research. METHODS: The study is framed within a qualitative paradigm, presents a non-experimental work approach, and collaborates with Systems Engineers who, based on computer science, propose the use of software for the design and development of Web and Windows operating system applications. RESULTS: Each proposed software for digitization establishes application dynamics; they will generate automatic results based on the established score. In addition, a corresponding diagnosis is automatically generated. ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION: The initiative focuses on a technological process that allows for the conversion of physical documents into electronic application formats, enabling the practicality of assessment applications. This set of techniques is sparking a legitimate global revolution within the framework of the so-called information society. CONCLUSIONS: Digitization projects favorable aspects of profitability, streamlining, and management of information from medical records. The information will be available, without the possibility of modification, so that the patient has firsthand reports of the assessments performed
