Abstract

INTRODUCTION: To provide alternatives for digitizing assessment protocols that support the approach process, generate valid summaries for the study of medical records, and strengthen projections based on systematized and automated data, providing reliability for epidemiological and clinical research. METHOD: The study is framed within a qualitative paradigm, presents a non-experimental work approach, and collaborates with systems engineers for the computer database. The use of software for the design and development of web and Windows operating system applications is proposed. RESULTS: Each proposed digitization software establishes application dynamics; they will generate automatic results based on the established score. In addition, a corresponding diagnosis is automatically generated, suggesting the therapist. CONCLUSIONS: Digitization offers favorable benefits in terms of cost-effectiveness, streamlining, and management of medical record information. The information will be available, without the possibility of modification, so that patients have firsthand reports of the assessments performed.
