Abstract

Acceptance from self-knowledge, interaction with human inclusion and reflection that leads to co-responsibility for the care of our environment in community and work, are still pending issues in the comprehensive training process as people and professionals. However, theorists and thinkers, in order to account for the complexity of our being and behavior, have generated studies that can contribute to greater self-knowledge, communicative development and attention to our environment, work and social sphere. Pragmalinguistics as a discipline and approach, in relation to Ethical-communication and culture, is presented as a relevant field of study to address diverse situations and interactions. The heuristic and hermeneutic methodology allows us to explore and conceive dimensions and categories of analysis, the basis for specific skills related to these intentions, which explain what, how and why we should strengthen them as children. The initial results materialize in the determination of dimensions and an inventory of specific categories that serve as a reference for self-analysis, mediation in the classroom and development in daily, productive, community and cultural environmental life. Without a doubt, they are contributions that favor the formation of soft skills in higher education, so important for good overall performance and more resilient behavior
