Programas de reincorporación laboral y efectos en el desempeño ocupacional

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los efectos en el desempeño ocupacional de los trabajadores tras su participación en programas de reincorporación laboral. Se empleó una metodología de revisión de literatura, utilizando los descriptores: “reincorporación laboral”, “trabajadores”, “efectos”, “desempeño ocupacional”, “impacto psicosocial” y “relaciones familiares”, combinados mediante operadores booleanos para la búsqueda de evidencia en las bases de datos ProQuest, EBSCO, PubMed y Scopus, en el periodo comprendido entre 2006 y 2016. Se seleccionaron un total de treinta (30) artículos, principalmente provenientes de la base de datos ProQuest. Los resultados evidencian que el área laboral es la dimensión ocupacional con mayor reporte de efectos, tanto positivos como negativos, dentro de los procesos de reincorporación. Estos hallazgos son respaldados por profesionales de diversas disciplinas. Se concluye que la reincorporación laboral constituye un proceso que genera beneficios tanto para las organizaciones como para los trabajadores, dado que sus efectos impactan múltiples dimensiones del individuo, influyendo de manera directa en su desempeño ocupacional.
