CONSIDERACIONES METODOLÓGICAS Y DE DISEÑO PARA LAS ESPECIALIDADES DE TELEMEDICINA EN EL HOSPITAL DE TAURAMENA

Las redes de alto desempeño permiten la prestación de los servicios de Telemedicina manera remota. Cada servicio demanda ciertos requerimientos de red para su correcto funcionamiento. En la actualidad, el hospital de Tauramena no cuenta con una red de acceso adecuada para los tráficos que se requieren, por esta razón, se propone el diseño de una red óptica para servicios de telemedicina entre un central del hospital de Yopal y el hospital de Tauramena. Dentro de la propuesta de red de telemedicina se evalúa el rendimiento de acuerdo a los requerimientos de las aplicaciones de los servicios escogidos previamente basados en la propuesta metodológica. Finalmente, se compara el rendimiento de la red óptica, con los valores establecidos por las normas y estándares internacionales
