En este artículo, se presenta el desarrollo de un sistema de clasificación de las piezas de un lote de producción, donde se utiliza un sistema de procesamiento digital de imágenes que permite reconocer las piezas cuando se encuentran o no características
definidas previamente. Para la clasificación de las piezas, se utilizó procesamiento digital de imágenes y a los datos obtenidos se les aplicó una prueba de chi-cuadrado para comprobar la fiabilidad del sistema.
