Abstract

This study shows a systematic review of literature to identify how different artificial intelligence algorithms have been integrated into tools and processes for the development and management of requirements engineering. It was observed with the results obtained that the main trends in requirements engineering include topics from requirements classification and prioritization, obtaining safety requirements, validation of requirements reviews and process mining, and in each aspect it is possible to incorporate the application of artificial intelligence techniques. Among the most outstanding uses of AI are the detection of requirements ambiguity, the identification of uncertainty in the contextual requirements and the classification of requirements to check redundancy and inconsistency.
