Editorial Policy

Ethical statement on publication and malpractice
They have been created in accordance with Scopus requirements.
Section I: Publication.
1. By submitting an article to RCTA the author accepts this ethical statement on publication and malpractice.
2. All articles are subject to a review process by at least two international reviewers who are experts in the field of the submitted paper.
3. The criteria taken into account in the review process are quality, relevance, originality, innovation, pertinence and language.
4. The possible decisions made by the RCTA Editorial Board are acceptance, acceptance with modifications or rejection.
5. There is no guarantee that a reviewed article should be accepted.
6. Unreviewed articles will not be rejected.

Section II: Authorship.
All articles submitted to RCTA must have a relevant listing corresponding to the references.
2. The author must mention the financial support obtained from any institution to do the work.
3. The titles of all articles must be original. Plagiarism in any form and fraudulent data are not acceptable.
4. RCTA does not publish articles with the exact same material from another journal.

Section III: Authors Responsibilities.
1. Authors must ensure that: their articles are original; their papers have not been previously published elsewhere; all sources used in the creation of their papers are identified; all data in the papers are real and authentic; all authors (in case of co-authorship) have contributed significantly to the research.
2. Authors are also required to:
- Participate in the peer review process;
- Provide retractions or corrections of errors;
- Report any errors they discover in their published articles.
3. Authors will notify the Editors of any conflict of interest.

Section IV: Authors' responsibilities
1. Reviews should be conducted objectively, fairly, and without personal criticism of the author.
2. Commentary on papers should be treated confidentially.
3. Reviewers should:
- Be academically qualified to review the article;
- Have no conflicts of interest with respect to the research, any of the authors, research sponsors, companies or institutions;
- Express their views clearly, with supporting arguments;
- Identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors and/or any substantial similarity between the manuscript under consideration and other published papers.

Section V: Responsibilities of the drafters
1. Editors have full responsibility and authority to reject or accept an article.
2. Editors are responsible for the content and overall quality of the publication.
3. Editors must:
- Have no conflict of interest with respect to the articles they reject or accept;
- To ensure the quality of the papers;
- Only accept an article when it is reasonably safe;
- To preserve the anonymity of contributors;
- Ensure that all papers they publish conform to internationally accepted ethical guidelines;
- To promote the publication of correction or retraction, when errors are found.
4. The Editor-in-Chief of RCTA has the authority to make final decisions on the acceptance and rejection of a submitted paper after reviewing comments and consulting other members of the editorial board when appropriate.
The Editor-in-Chief must not use any bias against authors and must not have any conflict of interest with respect to the papers under review.

Section VI: Publication Ethics
The Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Board and members of the International Advisory Board of RCTA undertake to:
1. To safeguard the ethics of publication;
2. To maintain high intellectual and scientific standards, without interference from revenue and business of commercial needs:
