Enfoque hardware in the loop simulation para prácticas en control de procesos industriales

Resumen

Se presenta un enfoque de ejecución para prácticas de laboratorio en control de procesos industriales en dos fases: una planta virtual usando un entorno Hardware in the Loop Simulation y la planta real. Para el diseño del entorno, se aplica un método de cinco etapas: selección de planta, definición de requisitos, selección, implementación y evaluación de la planta virtual. Se evalúa en una planta de nivel-flujo Amatrol, diseñando tres prácticas realizadas en el entorno real, virtual y en ambos; evaluando las temáticas de diagramas de la planta, instrumentación, lógica de control, válvula de control y comunicaciones. Se logró un 77,90% de aciertos en la prueba realizada con el enfoque propuesto, con un margen del 10% en relación a las prácticas individuales.
