Management of teaching knowledge for the development of didactic praxis in phonoaudiology.

Abstract

INTRODUCTION:Knowledge management must be understood in the health area as the ability to an-alyze information and attribute new uses to it, to create processes that enable professionals in this field to access and manage information in order to improve their performance both in the clinical and educational sector, the latter understood as the integration of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in the development of didactic praxis. METHODS:It presents a phenomenological type mixed pat-tern with a descriptive approach under a systematic origin review. The procedure was carried out in two phases, the first was the collection and filtering of the information and the second an exhaustive analysis of the data collected using the registration form with the Cochrane methodology. RESULTS: based on the studies found on the management process of the knowledge in the study data, the little information from publications of these sources was evidenced, being found in the analyzed researches ambiguous methods carried out by professionals in speech therapy. ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION: The development of knowledge management is fundamental to the teaching process in teachers of the area of speech therapy, since it allows for the transmission of accurate, concise and theoretically based information. CONCLUSIONS: Within the systematic review, few investigations into of knowledge man-agement in the field of speech therapy, due to the lack of publications, this research leaves open the possibilities for further research.
