Comparative analysis of financial metrics and their impact on decision-making using Contaweb-Bi

This study analyzes the impact of the ContaWeb-BI platform on business decision-making through a comparative analysis of automated financial metrics. The work is theoretically based on the principles of Business Intelligence and key performance indicators as tools for strategic financial management. The research was developed under a mixed, descriptive, and comparative methodological design, applying an instrumental case study on accounting and financial data. key performance indicators such as ROA, ROE, current liquidity, and operating margin were evaluated, in addition to predictive modules for sales projection, fraud detection, and supplier clustering. The results show that the integration of financial analytics with machine learning techniques improves diagnostic, control, and planning capabilities, strengthening more accurate, agile, and data-driven decision-making
