Análisis comparativo de métricas financieras y su impacto en la toma de decisiones con el uso de ContaWeb-BI

Resumen

El presente estudio analiza el impacto del uso de la plataforma ContaWeb-BI en la toma de decisiones empresariales, a través de un análisis comparativo de métricas financieras automatizadas. El trabajo se sustenta teóricamente en los principios de Business Intelligence y en los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) como instrumentos para la gestión financiera estratégica. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un diseño metodológico mixto, descriptivo y comparativo, aplicando un estudio de caso instrumental sobre datos contables y financieros. Se evaluaron KPIs como ROA, ROE, liquidez corriente y margen operativo, además de módulos predictivos de proyección de ventas, detección de fraudes y agrupamiento de proveedores. Los resultados muestran que la integración de la analítica financiera con técnicas de machine learning mejora la capacidad de diagnóstico, control y planificación, fortaleciendo una toma de decisiones más precisa, ágil y basada en datos
