Management Strategies Based on Basic Competences, for the Achievement of a Successful Management

The purpose of this research work is to propose a model of management strategies based on Basic Competencies for the achievement of successful management of Human Talent. It has a quantitative, descriptive approach and feasible project design, field. The population and sample consists of (24) coordinators and coaches. The survey technique was used and as an instrument the structured questionnaire, of 36 closed questions, with a three-point Likert-type rating scale. The results obtained made it possible to provide elements that contribute to the resolution of the deficiencies found. Therefore, it is convenient to implement a project of Management Strategies Based on Basic Competencies aimed at managers and coaches.
