The effects of Miguel de Zubiría Samper's Conceptual Pedagogy were analyzed in the process of formation by competencies of Knowing-Being: volitional, affective, and spiritual. It was framed in qualitative research and Action Research. The findings showed that decision-making abilities require the activation of the three systems proposed by conceptual pedagogy and affective teaching, expressive processes, and metacognition. Motivation is essential to adequately train the faculties that allow you to use your will, feelings, and spirituality to be a competent person who generates integral growth in your life and environment.
