Humans are social beings who think, speak, and reason, and this is closely related to the level of development achieved by their central nervous system and higher cortical structures, mainly the frontal lobe, which regulates voluntary movements and actions in states of activation, preparing them to resolve the programming of the most highly organized forms of human activity. The flexibility, plasticity, and capacity of the brain to process the changes that characterize the biological, physical, environmental, psychological, genetic, and acquired phenomena that act on these structures.
