Diagnosis of the production process under the Lean Manufacturing approach – textile company case study

It is proposed to publicize the importance of having a diagnosis of the production process of each textile company in the city of Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, since there are informal companies that do not have standardization or control in the production processes (Ministry of work, 2020). Due to this, a source of knowledge will be generated that consists of theoretical information, focused on Lean management based on existing contributions and the steps for correct implementation in the improvement of production systems in the textile sector.
Likewise, an analysis will be carried out on the company Zona U, which is a manufacturer of uniforms and business supplies, in order to understand the company's production process since when there are problems or waste occurs in production, thanks to this diagnosis, it will be possible to propose improvements in your process without affecting quality, analyzing the information presented in the production plan and also helping to make the best decisions for the company.
