Estudio de caso: Agencia y negociación de saberes ante eventos adversos en la avicultura familiar

La avicultura familiar en la Comarca Lagunera enfrenta condiciones de alta vulnerabilidad derivadas de la aridez, el estrés hídrico y las limitaciones técnicas y económicas de las unidades de producción. Este estudio de caso analiza cómo un evento adverso transformó la agencia y la negociación de saberes entre un pequeño productor avícola de traspatio, su trabajador y el equipo técnico durante un proceso de acompañamiento interdisciplinario. Desde un enfoque cualitativo, se triangularon entrevistas en profundidad, observación participante y análisis documental de bitácoras mediante análisis temático. Los hallazgos muestran que la asistencia en gestión administrativa fortaleció la autoeficacia del productor mediante el uso de registros y la planificación financiera; sin embargo, la ausencia de un esquema sanitario integral fue percibida como un factor determinante en la mortalidad total de las aves. Este acontecimiento operó como un dilema desorientador que favoreció procesos de reflexión crítica, reconstrucción de aprendizajes y negociación de saberes entre los actores involucrados. Se concluye que la interdisciplina es condición necesaria para intervenciones rurales sostenibles: la gestión administrativa sin acompañamiento sanitario integral puede generar nuevas vulnerabilidades.
