This research seeks to show the impact that Covid 19 has had on micro and small businesses in the service sector such as hotels, restaurants, travel agencies and tourism in general, in order to contribute with different strategies to solve the different problems and changes that the pandemic has brought. Problem: One of the sectors that has been most affected by the pandemic has been the service sector because different establishments such as restaurants and hotels have been closed, in order to avoid crowds and thus prevent the spread in the city and thus flatten its curve, causing the partial or permanent closure of businesses, leaving large economic losses, indebtedness on the part of their owners and loss of employment for employees; General objective: Is to determine the impact of covid 19 on the socioeconomic development of micro and small enterprises in the service sector in the city of Pasto.
