Workers are exposed to multiple risks during their workday, including biological, chemical, psychosocial risks, safety problems, natural phenomena and biomechanical factors such as postural load. This can have a negative impact on your health and work performance, if preventive measures are not taken. Implementing biomechanical risk prevention strategies is crucial to protect the health and well-being of workers, as it helps reduce the incidence of musculoskeletal injuries, such as sprains, tendonitis and low back pain, which are common in work environments with repetitive movements, forced postures or physical load. These strategies not only improve the quality of life of staff, but also contribute to increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, and minimized costs associated with medical care and workers' compensation. In addition, a culture of prevention promotes organizational sustainability by ensuring that employees work in safe and proper conditions, thus increasing their engagement and motivation.
