Life Cycle Analysis of Matrona Craft Beer

The ISO 14040 standard addresses life cycle analysis, in which proper development is implemented to mitigate the negative impact on the environment. The activities carried out include the production of a craft beer with approximately 6% alcohol through processes such as milling, mashing, filtration, boiling, yeast activation, fermentation, and others. All these procedures are monitored to prevent contamination, which indicates whether it is appropriate to consume this beverage and whether its production complies with environmental management regulations or, conversely, harms the environment. Graphs generated with Eco-IT demonstrate the carbon footprint of this product.
