Logical Mathematical Processes, a Therapy in Speech Therapy

Abstract

The speech therapist within the disciplinary area
such as language, covers the teaching-learning
methods of mathematics from its logical processes,
subsequent development of formal operations.
Starting from the fundamental basis of the
constructivist theory of various authors in
mathematical processes. The research process
begins in a first stage with the history of art on the
development of logical-mathematical processes in
childhood, once the development age is
established, the evaluation processes in children
aged 4 to 7 years are established through a
systematic review. , in the second stage the
evaluation format is carried out that is applied in a
population of approximately 180 students from
preschool to fifth grade, with the results and based
on the theoretical findings, the third stage begins
which is the construction of a primer of
intervention that is related to speech therapy where
the design of strategies for infants aged 4 to 7 years
is proposed, and their implementation in the
development of logical-mathematical processes
through the basic evolutionary activities that
children must start in their family nuclei and later
with the help of their educators. The intervention
strategy is aimed at the development of logical
thinking as a basis in the development of school
skills. Which is strengthened with the created
primer and the proposal of the creation of a
software that adapts to the new technological
education.
