The objective of this work is to construct a deterministic model to simulate the behavior of the average flows of the Fonce River and, from this, deduce the corresponding Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov (FPK) equation, as well as link the FPK to the Wiener-type stochastic process and the Pearson system. The first stage consists of applying the FPK using a numerical method, and subsequently, the respective FPK equation will be deduced for the Wiener-type stochastic process. Finally, the behavior of the average flows will be modeled using the FPK-Pearson model. The results correspond to stage 1 and demonstrate that applying the FPK model to the behavior of average flows is feasible. The work was carried out within the framework of research project UMNG ING 1770 of 2015, funded by the Vice-Rectorate of Research and in collaboration with the University of Pamplona.
