Construction of a Random Variable to Simulate the Flow of Mean Discharges in the Fonce River (Santander) within the Framework of Andrey Kolmogorov’s Axiomatic System

The study compiled the data on mean discharges of the Fonce River at the hydrological station in San Gil, provided by the IDEAM Institute; subsequently, the measurable spaces and the measurable function X were constructed, complying with the preimage property. The work was carried out within the framework of the research project UMNG ING 1770 of 2015, with financial support from the Vice-Rectorate of Research and in collaboration with the University of Pamplona.
