RSE interna y calidad de vida laboral: imensiones de influencia directa e indirecta

Resumen

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) se ha consolidado como una estrategia que busca armonizar el desarrollo económico con la creación de valor social en las organizaciones, especialmente mediante prácticas orientadas al bienestar de los empleados. El presente estudio analiza de manera sistemática la literatura existente sobre la relación entre la RSE orientada a los colaboradores y la calidad de vida laboral, con el propósito de identificar los patrones temáticos y las estructuras conceptuales de investigación, así como las vías directas e indirectas de influencia y los factores mediadores que articulan este vínculo. El análisis se desarrolló a partir de un corpus inicial de 445 registros recuperados de la base de datos Scopus. Siguiendo los lineamientos del protocolo PRISMA, se aplicaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión basados en la pertinencia temática, el tipo de documento y el acceso a metadatos, lo que permitió conformar un corpus final de 267 artículos. Los resultados revelan tres ejes principales: la articulación entre RSE y gestión humana, los efectos directos sobre la satisfacción y el bienestar laboral, y los mecanismos indirectos mediados por la motivación, el compromiso y el equilibrio vida-trabajo. Desde el punto de vista teórico, el estudio contribuye a la articulación entre la Teoría del Intercambio Social y los enfoques contemporáneos de sostenibilidad humana, proponiendo un esquema interpretativo de tres dimensiones que sistematiza las vías de influencia de la RSE sobre la calidad de vida laboral.
