Focus and Scope
The peer-reviewed journal CIE. Knowledge, Research and Educations is a biannual scientific publication edited by the University, aimed at disseminating original research, case studies, critical reviews, and significant experiences in the fields of education, pedagogy, applied social sciences, and human development. Its mission is to contribute to the strengthening of academic and professional knowledge, promoting reflective, critical, and interdisciplinary analysis related to educational, formative, and social processes in diverse contexts, with special emphasis on Latin America.
The journal is structured around three thematic axes: knowledge, as the theoretical and practical foundation of understanding; research, as a transformative tool for reality; and educations (in plural), recognizing the multiplicity of approaches, contexts, and actors involved in building a more just, equitable, and inclusive society.
