Letter to the Editor for the Environmental Journal Water, Air and Soil Volume 16 No. 2, 2025

Abstract

The Volume 16, Number 2 edition of the Environmental Journal Water, Air and Soil brings together contributions that strengthen scientific knowledge in the areas of water, air and soil, addressing current environmental challenges through applied and methodologically rigorous research. The included articles range from projections of thermal behavior in the Zulia River basin for the period 2020–2100 to spatiotemporal analyses of water quality in urban micro-watersheds, as well as advances in data science for seedling classification and comparative studies on composting systems aligned with circular economy principles. This edition reaffirms the journal’s commitment to disseminating research that supports sustainable environmental management while inviting the scientific community to use and expand this knowledge in future projects and publications.
